The Nigerian Weekly Law Reports in July 2023 published the Court of Appeal’s decision in Magnum International Ltd v Enercon Nigeria Ltd (infra) which was spiced up with several mouthwatering pronouncements on arbitration law in Nigeria. This publication came less than two months after the Arbitration and Mediation Bill 2023 became law.
